Hey Everyone!
Today I want to open up a discussion around something we are all doing in different ways: using AI in our daily lives and businesses.
Whether you are using ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, agents, or the built-in tools here at Wealthy Affiliate, we all have workflows. We all have habits. And we are probably all using AI in slightly different ways.
What I want to do today is:
- Share a few practical ways I use AI daily
- Spark ideas you might adopt
- Hear what you are doing that others could benefit from
Because collectively, we are probably sitting on dozens of powerful use cases that could make everyone more efficient and more creative.
Quick Stella Question (AI in Action)...
Today’s beer is a Stella.
Ever noticed the “1366” on the can?
Instead of Googling it, I asked ChatGPT. Within seconds I learned it refers to the year brewing activity was first recorded in Leuven, Belgium, the historical roots of Stella Artois.
That might seem simple, but it highlights something important:
I now default to AI for fast, conversational answers instead of digging through search results. And the follow-up ability makes it even more powerful.
How I Use AI Daily.
My AI usage is not linear. It is scattered, curious, and practical. Some examples:
1. Rapid Learning
I use AI to:
- Explore how relevant university education will be in the future
- Understand brain development timelines
- Break down complex tech or business topics
- Challenge my assumptions
It feels like accelerated self-education. If used properly, AI helps you learn faster than ever before.
2. Faster Problem Solving

Instead of spending an hour drafting a technical response or researching something for someone, I can:
- Outline the situation
- Provide context
- Generate a structured, helpful answer
What used to take an hour can now take five minutes.
3. Idea Refinement
If I have a rough idea for:
- A PPC strategy
- A marketing angle
- A meme
- A positioning shift
I put it into AI and ask it to expand, critique, and build on it.
AI does not replace thinking. It upgrades it.
It takes a raw concept and helps turn it into something more sophisticated.
4. Medical & Personal Questions
If a friend or family member has an issue, I use AI to:
- Understand terminology
- Explore possible causes
- Ask better follow-up questions
It is not a replacement for professionals, but it helps you become more informed very quickly.
5. Organized Projects (Huge Efficiency Boost)
One of the biggest upgrades for me has been using Projects inside ChatGPT.
For example, I have a dedicated basketball coaching project. Inside it:
- Practice plans
- Emails to parents
- Drill ideas
- Season strategy
AI remembers the context. So when I draft a new email, it already understands the tone, team, relationships, and history.
This makes everything significantly faster and more consistent.
If you are not using projects to organize your AI workflows, I highly recommend it.
The Bigger Point of This ALL.
AI is not just about content generation.
It is about:
- Accelerated learning
- Better thinking
- Faster execution
- Idea refinement
- Problem solving
It can make you:
- More productive
- More creative
- More informed
- More competitive
Used correctly, it compounds your ability in all of these areas (and likely many areas that I have not personally explored yet). And "those other areas" is something that I think we can collectively conquer as a community with some mindshare.
So today, I want to turn this into a bit of a fun community project where you share some one or more of the novel uses of AI where you are finding that it is really helping you in your day-to-day activities, whether personally or with business (or both).
- What platform do you use most?
- What is a unique way you are using AI?
- What daily workflow has improved because of it?
- What is something others should try?
Collectively, we can cherry pick ideas from each other and level up faster as a community. Drop your thoughts below... I look forward to reading your ideas!
