They have a common theme that in the first paragraph they have a mispelled word. Most of them are also from Facebook.

Hi, Kylie, How you are feeling better. The emails from Facebook are spam I got over a hundred of them last week in my spam folder and just deleted them. They seem to have stopped now.

Just delete them all without reading or it will take up time. Granted you may miss maybe one or two actual comments but that is unfortunately, unavoidable in the scheme of things.
