Feeling a bit stuck.
I'm tired and feeling down tonight. Last night was really good. I found what I think is a good idea for my website - wrote a good review - and completed the page, as I usually do.
I have a lead magnet - email messages and a final product. The only thing missing is the autoresponder knowledge. I know the whole concept, but not sure how to put it all together.
Last night I put a lot into my business, as I have done almost everyday for a long time, and now I don't even want to think about it. Not only that, but I don't have any ideas left and I zone out and feel down whenever I look at the computer.
I know this is information overload, and lack of incentive certainly doesn't help (which is a big factor). Anyway just wanted to share it.
On that note, I really enjoy writing, but lately it seems like I've been coming up against a lot of brick walls.
Don't mean to bring anyone down.

Hi Kylie,
I am not going to say we all feel this way from time to time..... Sorry, I did say it Lol. But it sounds very much to me that you need a very short break away from your site and everything.
As Kathy says, go and do something fun, I promise you it is fantastic therapy.
Also, I wrote a post a few months back on the subject of lacking motivation. In that post, I included 2 links to some inspirational blogs from other WA members.
Look at the post, listen to the youtube video take a break for no longer than a couple of days and you feel heaps better.

Hey - what problems are you having with your auto-responder?
I think probably the majority of people here use one (I use MailChimp, but not half as effectively as I should), so I'm sure whatever the issue, me or the people here will be able to help.
But, it sounds like you've had enough for today - so just relax. Go for a walk, a bath, something away from the computer - and let yourself take a break.
Everybody feels like this - one of my main sites, I haven't posted for nearly 3 weeks - which is really bad - but I know the ideas will come. I just keep watching newsfeeds, blogs - and my favourite, Quora - for questions and answers in my particular niches that will just give me that spark of an idea.
Just accept you can't work 100% - and most likely, it will be when you're least thinking about it, that your subconscious will pop something into your head.
We've all been there, we all are there, several times a week/month - so my advice (imho), accept it as part of this business - once you do that (once I did that), you'll find yourself more relaxed, and certain that the idea engine isn't knackered quite yet :)
All the best, Mark

Ah Kylie, we all get like that and it sounds like you need a break. I get like that and even last night I really struggled to do a post. But if you take a break, you will come back all guns blazing!! I still haven't sorted out an auto-responder and I am here longer than you!! Try not to be so hard on yourself. Olive
Thanks Olive.
