I'm only new to this too but it seems from the other comments, lots of content is important for google rankings...I think your content is good and really informative...I liked your article on the body cleanse and detox. I've done lots of endurance racing over the years and know of athletes that have done a detox after a big event...pretty important especially with all those free radicals the body produces after intense exercise. , something I didn't really do but reading your article I probably did it by accident (with all that healthy nutrition you mentioned lol)...I must try the drink.

The navigation on your sites really good too...Its a problem I'm having, especially with my drop downs...How did you get your drop downs to drop straight down? Mine drop across on an angle which is ignoring or is that a theme thing?

One other thing, your sales links are great and match your articles but I remember a training I did recently and Kyle mentioned not to over use them, apparently google doesn't like too much of that..

There's nothing seriously wrong with your website. It's fine. Except that you need to fill it with good content. Lots of it. You're very short on that. Expect it to take you some time to fill it out.
