I am creating a review to add to my website, does the word review have to be in the title? also should it be a post, article or page?

Thank you for clarifying this, unfortunately I have posted as a page and I would have liked it as a post so it shows up as new post. Is there anyway to transfer easily?

Hi! There is a plugin you can use to switch a page to a post or vice versa. Once it's done its job you can deactivate it. It's easy and I don't think it has any negative effects.

Hi! And thank you so much for your reply. I will see if I can find that plugin. Have a great day! and best of luck!
Kevin

A review should be a post because you want people to comment on it, and you can't do that with a page.

People actually can comment on pages as long as you have the allow comments box checked.

Thanks for clarifying, I wasn't aware of that. Cheers, Diane

The word review does not have to be in the title, your title can be whatever you want. But it could be helpful. For example, if you are doing some keyword research and find a great keyword with the word 'review' in it then obviously it would be beneficial to you to include that word in your title.

Post or page is up to you. They are essentially the same except that posts show up in the blog feed. I always publish my articles as posts. The only pages I have on my site are housekeeping things such as privacy policy and contact me page.

Thank you for the info, it is well advised.
