Life is Messy
Life in a Nutshell
You started out in a hole.
Everyone said, "Climb out. If we could teach you, we wouldn’t be here - never fear."
You start climbing. You reach a plateau. Am I clear? Nothing’s here.
Keep going, the way that you know – plateau, plateau, plateau…
Your ducks are not in a row. Your talent is just so – so.
And on you must go – to reach the next plateau.
There is no right time - there is only now. I say that to encourage those of you who, like me, are saddled with various obligations. You want to get everything organized as if at some point there will be a right time to take time to create. I find that works very well for a vacation, but not for my writing and other creative work. Whatever I am creating must be woven into my daily life. Sometimes it’s center stage but more often it’s time taken at the corners, before and after work, around family obligations and after conversations with people who need to talk to me, now.
I write this to encourage you and me not to wait – to create but to understand that whatever we are creating we are doing it now or never. Our life’s work may be completed from the crumbs of our daily existence but what a beautiful work it is. And I am so glad to have my space here at WA.
Maybe you are like me; you can sign up for the classes but can’t work out to be there when they are going live. Do you know what’s that’s like? Let me clarify for you. 50% of my websites appear to have gone all white. They have no background. I am always confused as to what I need to buy from the website and when I do buy something I have no clue where it is or if I purchased it for more than just one site. WA created a training. I signed up for it. I needed it. I didn’t get to see it. I am going to find that training and watch it, after the obligations subside a little. I am incredibly happy that WA has got you, so that you can watch the training when your life allows.
The bottom line is you don’t always get to accomplish your work in an orderly and timely fashion like you want to, but often you can do it slowly over time completing one tiny step here and there.

Thank you. As you may know, creating in the midst of of working a j-o-b, stressing, and living life is a beautiful struggle. Some days ugly-beautiful, but the beautiful is always there. And the struggle is worth it. :)
