Building Your Affiliate Business Is Not A Race

It’s an entrepreneurial life. And everyone designs and lives it at their own pace. Some people hit the ground running and they got this. But if you’re like me and this business was all new to you, then you probably hit the ground with a thud and needed to take a moment to get your bearings. It’s not so easy when you don’t know what you are doing – so breathe because WA has got you. And while it may not be an easy peasy walk in the park, it’s a lot easier than you think.

Here's what’s working for me.

1. I started with my own points of interest. I picked niches based on what I’m interested in and actually doing now. It is so simple with the hubs. I like to eat nutritional organic vegetarian food. There’s a niche for that! I started building one of my websites around that niche. It automatically brought value into my life because I immediately benefitted from doing my work through the hubs at WA. The hubs expanded my thinking, improved my ability to write about and utilize the information in my life. I’m living the niche and I love it!

2. I worked from my strengths. My strength is that I love to write, So I started by building the website and filling it with content.

3. I use the training. The training was what pulled me into Wealthy Affiliate, because it is good, relevant and diverse. I have access to other training platforms that have so much training it would take several lifetimes to sift through it. And I paid for that – got it at a discount, but still. I have not found anything like WA anywhere else. The training here is always updated. You can find what you need when you need it. You can ask a question and you will get answers, directions, and more than likely a reference to a training that you need.

4. The writing platform – the content creator. It’s the best that I use. I currently use two and I also belong to another platform has a substandard content creator, but they get a pass for being relatively new at what they are doing. I can say that there is nothing I know of that beats WA content creator. There are many reasons why but here are three of them. First it suggests articles for you. Second it can take a few points that you put in and turn it into a full article, that’s an interesting read. And lastly it can generate an article on the subject you choose without any other input from you.

That said my main point is the work at Wealthy Affiliate is not a race you are here to learn to generate affiliate income from your websites. You may be a fast learner, may learn slowly over time, you may have time constraints, and you may need to do it now, whatever your situation you are in the right place. There is no other place I know of that’s like Wealthy Affiliate. This is an opportunity to learn what you need to know to build a successful affiliate business. Where I’m from opportunity doesn’t knock, it passes by and the smart people - they run after it.
