Hi Kuda!
First off, congratulations on building a strong online presence and navigating the challenges of relocating! That’s no small feat. Your question is really insightful and highlights an important dilemma that many entrepreneurs face when balancing opportunity and risk.
If I were in your shoes, I’d consider a hybrid approach. The Zimbabwean market clearly has a lot of potential, and being ahead of the curve there could pay off in the long run. You’ve already established yourself in that space, so it might be worth capitalizing on that momentum. However, since you’ve just moved to the UK, focusing some energy on this new market could open doors to higher immediate returns due to the higher spending capacity, even though the competition is tougher.
Maybe you could test the waters in both markets simultaneously. You could explore niche areas in the UK that might be less saturated, while also keeping your efforts going in Zimbabwe, where you’re already familiar with the landscape.
Ultimately, finding a balance between long-term growth and short-term gains might allow you to take advantage of both opportunities. Wishing you the best of luck with your decision, and feel free to reach out if you want to brainstorm further!
Regards.

Would you build a brand in a saturated market or a growing market?

I am not sure what response you are looking for. Can you help me clarify?
How about a hybrid approach establishing a presence in the UK and Zimbabwe? Focus on the UK's higher spending capacity for immediate revenue while gradually building your brand in Zimbabwe to capitalize on the growing, less competitive digital market. This strategy diversifies your income and allows you to adapt as each market evolves.

I am looking for an healthcare education program to promote that offers NVQ training. If you live in UK and you know any recommendations please let me know
Research Institutions, websites like the UK's National Career Service or direct educational institutions may have listings.
Affiliate Networks like Awin, CJ Affiliate, or TradeTracker. Once you're a member of these networks, you can search their databases for potential programs.
Forums & Communities, platforms like the UK Business Forums or LinkedIn groups can be helpful.
Blogs & Reviews, industry-specific blogs or websites might review educational programs and might have insights or direct links to affiliate programs.

Have you identified a list of companies that offer that training? Then you can work backwards to see if they have an affiliate program. If they don't, you can suggest to them that they add one.
Hi thank you for the feed back apparently most companies I have come across have not implemented the affiliate program. Will keep looking. I had one company that said yes. But they will only give me commission when i send them the email for the new enrolled students . I am finding it difficult because there wont be any tracking in place
Hi Kuda (?), I saw your question was unanswered and whilst I'm not in the Healthcare Sector I tried googling and found a UK training company London College of Professional Studies which provides NVQ and many other programs in Healthcare and other subjects. I went onto their chat and they confirmed they have an affiliate program which I guess helps you too? Their details are:
e. info@lcps.org.uk

Hope this helps, best Phillip
I couldn't find an affiliate program for them, so I wonder if the person you chatted with understood what you meant. That happens all the time.
Maybe try this one, they provide Health & Social Care NVQ level training if that fits your criteria:

Absolutely do not collect payments!
When do you earn your payments? When someone clicks through from your site to the tutor? When someone schedules a session? When someone shows up for their appointment?
When your action is completed, that's when you should get your portion of the payment and the rest goes to the tutor.
At time of transaction you take your cut, and they receive the monies less your fees.
How's it done, you'd have to research.
PayPal does it all the time, when you receive money - they take their cut instantly.
Probably you need be looking at a multi-vendor type of website.
LifterLMS is one however how they operate their payment processes.
What system can i use for that ? I have a stripe account from your contribution looks like I have to add some affiliate marketing system

If you forward your email, you may set up filers.
On YouTube About me, is your email address there? Is it public?
I have had that happen. But, it has been after mentioned an affiliate product. I have had a lot of emails saying that there are products for me to test. I opened a few but it didn't lead anywhere other than to filling out information. I may be missing out, but if the email addresses don't seem to match the company name, I don't open them. There will probably be some if you have been doing YouTube for awhile, but in my experience, most are fake.
