Hi. If you need to cancel your account, you go into Account Settings (lower left corner) and then in the middle of the page it will say Membership. You will see where you can Manage it from there and close the account.

If you also do not want to receive emails from WA, make sure you scroll to the bottom and check or uncheck the appropriate boxes.

You have 30 days to move your site to another host as well. Wish you all the best in your future endeavors and hope you can come back to WA sometime. :)

If you have a .com I would do so asap. No real need to wait.

Me, I started with .com website. I did it because I knew that I would be under pressure and really work if I pay for that(10$/year). It was a way for me to avoid procrastination. Good luck
