Where does the time go!
Good morning WA friends.
I find when I get stressed out it's hard to focus. I tend to just do nothing instead of all the things that need to be done. Let me tell you a little about what my life has been like lately.
About three months ago my husband suffered a mini-stroke (he is fine now) he missed about three weeks of work and has no back up income, The medical bills started rolling in and it put us in a bit of a pinch but we can do this. He was back to work for a couple weeks and BAM!!!!!!, he had to have his appendix out, there was another hospital stay and surgery. He has also been off work for another three weeks (he gets to go back on Monday). Again with no back up income, now I'm in panic mode. We haven't gotten any of the hospital bills from the last visit yet but I'm assuming they will be about the same as the first round. We are starting to look at things we can sell to help makeup for his loss of income.
My job on the other hand has been crazy. I am a subcontract manager for a large construction company and we have been very busy. I have been working 10 - 12 hour days and do a few hours work from home on Saturdays. I have finally hired an assistant so as soon as I get her trained and ready to roll my hours will go down. I guess at this time it's a bit of a blessing since my husband has been out of work.
When I'm home and have few minutes I try working on my WA classes, I really love them and want to get my marketing started but I find I just sit and stare at the computer and my mind is a blank I have stared the same lesson several times and just keep blanking out. I am currently on Course 2, Lesson 5.
I know we all have problems and challenges in our lives and I didn't write this for sympathy or poor me's it was more to clear my mind of the garbage and hopefully get back on track.
Thank you for letting me vent.

You get, and deserve, sympathy and bravery awards. Husbands can be very fragile things. I am sure the future holds benefits and rewards, and your devotion will be repaid elegantly. Prayers until then.
