"Overcoming My Fear: The Mental Barrier on the Road to Success."

We tend to allow fear, worry, and insecurity to dominate and define our lives. We allow them to rob us of our fun, our dreams, and our most precious illusions.

We learn to live in fear since our childhood because of traumatic experiences or negative messages we see everywhere. We have all been afraid at some point in our lives. And the causes can be diverse: fear of what people may say, fear of failure, fear of rejection, fear of loneliness...

Today I want to address my FEAR. The barrier that made me postpone again, and again, the decision to start this business.

It took me almost 3 years before I dared. I took course after course, and with the excuse of not being ready, I delayed the idea of starting on my own.So many doubts: Will I be able to do it? Will I be good enough? What if it's too hard for me? What if I drag my family with me? What if I can't, what if I can't.....I don´t think I can...What am I thinking, of course, I can´t!!

A month ago, I received really bad news that a very dear friend of mine had had a stroke. He was young, active, and full of life. After the shock came fear again....and what if it happened to me, what have I done to fulfill my dreams these last few years....and what if I will never again have the opportunity to fulfill my dream of being independent, of having time for myself, for enjoying life with my children......

A few days later, I signed in W.A.

I can't deny that sometimes I am again overwhelmed, with doubts and fears, but I am walking towards what I have wanted for myself and my family. I am enjoying the process. Writing, helping, and growing my business one day at a time.

And it has been the best decision.

Of course, I don't know what the future holds for me, but it will undoubtedly be promising because I have forged it based on facing my fears and fulfilling my dreams.
