After spotting the suspicious item, maybe it was an error and maybe not but would you feel comfortable doing business with this company after seeing it?

No need to spot scams all you need is what I have written above my computer on my wall and it is this

Noticed it fairly quickly. TBH i rarely ever pay attention to on-site testimonials, i'll always seek external reviews from sources that have no vested interest in promoting the product / service. Finding honest, impartial reviews can be tricky at times though!
The only on-site testimonials I would pay attention to are videos from clients with a link to their own legit website with history. A random picture with a made-up location and a bit of text with high praise means absolutely sweet f-all to me.
You have to be SO careful and they're getting worse!!!
