Sorry, I come from Hong Kong, my English is not good enough. I don't understand what you mean. Can you explain it in detail?
The individual wants to cancel and asked for a refund. WHY they asked the question isn't what we should respond to. We don't need to know why. I have given them the appropriate steps to take, no further commentary is necessary.

As far as I understand there are no refunds, It's best you PM Kyle or Carson directly
