You are doing it right. It looks really good. Just keep fine tuning everything. Don't let self-doubt stop you.

You just started, can you imagine in 6 months how good it will look?

I have a couple suggestions:
1. Use "Lose" weight instead of "Loose" weight
2. Under your subheadings, instead of one big paragraph, see if you can break it up into smaller paragraphs. I mean... don't change your content at all just push it down into 3 or 4 paragraphs instead of 1 big block of text.

I hope this makes sense and helps but I think your information is really important. I'm in a health niche too.

I think your site is coming along great! It is clean and simple with nothing distracting from your content. I might suggest adding some color either in the navigation bar or the title text and perhaps adding a featured image to your posts maybe, just to add visual effect, but that is personal preference.

When you start adding affiliate links, you want to also be sure to add an affiliate disclosure and since your site is health related, you may wish to add a medical disclaimer. Looks good to me Keith and I am in agreement with Mel a few more pictures won't come amiss as it breaks the monotony of the text.

There is also something you should be aware of just so you don't foul of it posting your website link on here is considered self-promotion and considered spam which can earn you write ban.

There are areas within WA where you can seek comments and affix a link to your blog such as website feedback just so you are aware.
