This is not a blog that will help you make more money... but it will help you change the way you spend your time thinking, which directly proportional to your ability to make income!

With the pressures of finances being the greatest in history, stress is a part of most people's daily lives. Stress destroys your moral fiber. It can lead you to think horrible things. It can make you want to do horrible things to yourself through sly deceit that somehow, if you destroy yourself, the world or your situation will be better.

You’re enduring stress when you feel a deep burning sensation underneath the top center section of your breastplate. Like a burning oil, its heat penetrates deeply.

It’s a pestilence in your thoughts and consumes your mind, which can greatly disturb the delicate balance of body chemistry necessary for cancer protection, especially if it is ongoing for a long time.

Stress and Cancer are potentially connected through all of the body’s biochemical pathways, and they are all interrelated. There are a few ways stress can cause cancer (the list below is not limited to just 3. Prescription Drugs also drastically affects system functions and immune deficiency. Stress can cause a breakdown in the following Systems…

  • Nerve System Function – The human autonomic nervous system is subdivided into the sympathetic nervous system and the parasympathetic nervous system.
    1. These two systems correspond in general to our two built-in biological responses to stress. The sympathetic system activates the Triple F Response (fright – flight — fight) at the onset of the stressor (the source of the stress), and then the parasympathetic system activates the Triple R Response (rest — relax – repair) when the stressor passes.

Both systems are complementary and should be balanced, but if we are undergoing continual or continuous stress, our body is constantly in the heightened awareness phase and never moves to the rest and repair phase. This will overwork and ultimately exhaust our organs, glands, and natural defenses against disease.

  • Endocrine System Balance – Stress wreaks havoc on the endocrine system, and improper hormone balance may make us more vulnerable to hormone-dependent cancers like breast cancer, prostate cancer and ovarian cancer. Furthermore, when we are under stress our adrenal glands secrete cortisol, a compound which can increase liver inflammation and increases the risk of developing Carcinoma of the liver (Cholangiocarcinoma).
    1. Cortisol blocks proliferation of T-cells, an essential component of cell-mediated immunity.

In addition, in response to stressful situations, the liver releases stored sugar known as glycogen, and sugar is the favorite food of cancer. To deal with the excess sugar, the pancreas releases insulin – and high levels of insulin and insulin-like growth factors (IGF) may actually be the cause of a wide range of cancers including breast, colon cancer, endometrial cancer, prostate and pancreatic cancer.

3- Immune System Function — A number of clinical observations support the concept of tumor immune surveillance in humans. The increased risk of tumor development in immune-suppressed patients, instances of spontaneous tumor regression, and the appearance of tumor-reactive T cells and B cells in relation to improved prognosis all point to a role for the immune system in suppressing tumor growth.

The immune system — especially our T-cells, macrophage cells and Natural Killer cells — actually plays three primary roles in the prevention of cancer. First, the immune system can protect us from virus-induced tumors by eliminating or suppressing viral infections. Second, it can prevent the establishment of an inflammatory environment conducive to cancer growth. Third, the immune system can specifically identify cancerous and/or precancerous cells and eliminate them before they can cause harm.

Radiation and Chemotherapy breakdown and deplete our immune system thereby reducing its NATURAL ability to defend us from the very Cancer we’re told, by the entire Medical field, that Chemo and Radiation treatments take away.

Stress can greatly compromise the body’s immune responses. At first, stress activates our Natural Killer cells — perhaps our most important cells in fighting against cancer, but as time goes by stress causes these cells to become overworked and ultimately their action is suppressed. Long term stress is associated with reduction in killer lymphocytes (decreased NK cell and cytotoxic T lymphocytes). Recent research at Ohio State University actually discovered the “master switch” stress gene in immune system cells that can enable cancer to spread. Researchers say the study suggests that this gene, called ATF3, may be the crucial link between stress and cancer, metastatic spread of cancer, and ultimately cancer death.

Chemotherapy is the cancer treatment most likely to weaken the immune system. Chemotherapy medicines target rapidly dividing cells, which cancer cells are — but so are many of the normal cells in your blood, bone marrow, mouth, intestinal tract, nose, nails, vagina, and hair. So chemotherapy affects them, too.”

Cancer cells are destroyed by chemotherapy because they can’t repair themselves very well. Healthy cells typically can repair the damage from chemotherapy once treatment ends. (One exception - Nerve cells in your hands and/or feet can be permanently damaged by certain chemotherapy medications — a condition known as “peripheral neuropathy”)

As chemotherapy medicines damage the bone marrow, the marrow is less able to produce enough red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets. Typically, the greatest impact (damage) is on white blood cells. When you don’t have enough white blood cells, your body is more vulnerable to infection.

Chemotherapy medicines trip your immune system’s “master switch” enabling remaining cancer cells to spread.

Do not ponder on stressful thoughts Negative thoughts are missiles shooting at your body from your mind. Find a happy place in your mind or play happy music to trigger the switch back to peace and joy. Everyone deserves a stress free life. Let this article stand as a guide to avoid the destructive ability of the human mind.

I encourage you to be as free-spirited as humanly possible. Spiritual well-being is essential for a happy life. Recommendation, spend time each day to clear your mind of all noise, negative and destructive thoughts and replace them with the desire for Wisdom, Wealth and Prosperity. Good tidings are sure to be attracted to the positive frequencies (vibes) your new way of thinking promotes. It has already been scientifically proven that each thought has its own frequency. Emitting positive vibes produces positive results and thereby greatly reducing the chance of cancer development.

Great article!

Soooo true! I've done a lot of research on cancer causes and treatments because all the women in my family including myself have had breast cancer. I'm the only lucky one who has survived it so far.

Sugar feeds cancer...sugar has been my biggest weakness. I've given up most of sugar and use Stevia or honey/maple syrup if I need some extra sweetness. Sugar is sugar, but some types of natural sweetener have lower glycemic index which is somewhat less damaging or toxic.

I'm always a bit worried about the cancer returning, but I just have to stay positive because we get what we think about right?

Whoah. "Negative thoughts are missiles shooting at your body from your mind." Great description of the physical damage that negative thoughts can create. Thank you for taking the time to post that information. Think I'll be cutting back on the sugar, too. Thanks!

Awesome! I'm so glad you benefited from the post. It's amazing how powerful thoughts can be.

Fantastic Reminder! I liked this post on my Facebook profile I loved it so much! Thanks! :)

Thank you so much Deb!! That makes me feel very good knowing you liked it enough to share on FB! I'm thankful you found it so valuable!!!

First episode of The Truth About Cancer starts tonight. Free preview available here.

Thank you for this amazing video!!

It just so happens that they are running the 5 episodes this weekend again for free.
All the best.
Stephanie

Great!! Thank you... guess who will be watching? lol

Very good Looks like you have done some good research I don't know if Doctors will agree with your thoughts on Chemotherapy but what was interesting was peripheral neuropathy. maybe people should know about your article, I like it.

ThThank you for the reply. None of the data component is opinion.

The research, study and report was put out by BreastCancer.org. All of the data is factual based on the organizations that presented the information in News Articles.

This is the title of their Article, "How Chemotherapy Affects the Immune System" Here is an excerpt directly from their Article...

"Chemotherapy is the cancer treatment most likely to weaken the immune system...".

"...(Chemo) Treatment can last for anywhere from 3 to 6 months. During that time, you would be considered to be immuno-compromised — not as able to fight infection. After finishing chemotherapy treatment, it can take anywhere from about 21 to 28 days for your immune system to recover."

If the Doctors disagree, I have years of research and medical records from my Father-in-law who had undergone Chemo for Cholangiocarcinoma. Before Chemo his, WBC was at 10,500. After Chemo... his White Blood Cell count dropped to a dangerously low 1,000. We have copies of all records and his General Practitioner told him to stopped Chemo so he wouldn't die from a common cold.

Crazy, huh? I was in class yesterday. I'm obtaining my Masters in Holistic Medicine. Can you believe the topic was "Stress and it's effect on the human body?" It was the evening after I posted the blog on my findings. Some coincidence, huh? The Teacher's exact words, "Negative thoughts are like Missiles targeted directly at your body. It causes premature aging, system malfunction and disease."

I have published this article several places online already. I'm getting a lot of positive feedback, so I hope someone's life benefits directly from it.

Take care!!!

Very good article and stress is not good for us as you say it will manifest itself elsewhere I hope one day they can come up with a more holistic approach,, my mum had the chemo and it was brutal she felt it was worse than the illness and it never worked either.. thank you for raising awareness

Great article and something we all need to be aware of.

Thanks for sharing!
Ed

Ed... Thank you for the like! I know this isn't finances, but it's our life and with a clouded stressful mind we cannot see the financial possibilities ahead!
