Found out my niche has hardly no demand

I really wish I would have downloaded jaaxy before the training told me to create my own site. I bought a domain (because i thought it would be the better route to go) but then when it came along to get into the keyword research I quickly found out that my niche is hardly ever searched and gets even less monthly traffic. My niche idea was "online poker in the US". WAS. Until i see that that keyword gets less than 300 searches a month. Feeling a little discouraged right now since my domain is realmoneyonlinepokerusa.com and there is no way to change it. :( 15 bucks waisted. oh well.
