It's time for me to say, "Good nite" to Wealthy Affiliate
After 4 years of trying to learn all of this, I have decided that I need more hands-on, live, interactive help. WP and affiliates are just too complicated for me to grasp for some reason. I have become overwhelmed and discouraged. I am still going to try to learn, but $50/month for training that just isn't helping me is not a worthy expense.
However, as I get ready to cancel, I have reviewed my work and I must say that I am proud of what I did accomplish. I'm very smart and have great ideas, it's just the mechanics of this that I can't wrap my brain around. So I'm off to find another way to build my empire.
Thanks for everyone who tried to help me via messages and to the videos I have watched. My learning style just needs more attention. I wish you all the best.

Weeeell, I read through the comments, and you seem ready to roll away. Just a couple of quickies... You can't ask a dumb question here. All questions are legit.
Secondly, a dear friend of mine is about to retire to the wonderful world of VANLIFE in her Mercedes Sprinter. OMG has she been driving us all nuts at work with her non-stop stories of the Steller's Eagle up in Nova Scotia, or whatever planet it is on. Maps! Holy Moly the stacks of maps she has! I'll ask her if she's seen your chronicles.

For any websites hosted here, you need to arrange alternative hosting for your website before your subscription ceases, as you would be locked out the platform; site support back ups are only available for 60 days.
You can never revert back to being a starter.
You may contact site support for a back up of your websites.(Backup plugins are currently blocked)

Thanks. I am not able to understand WordPress and I need someone who can walk me through it over the phone or in-person. It's just overwhelming. I'm from the generation that learned in classrooms for this kind of thing and that's what I need now.
I'm a visual learner myself. For me personally, learning via the classes where I can actually see what's happening and then pause and rewind makes a big difference.
I know you're not premium plus, but it could potentially be worth it to try it for a month since there's currently a Mastering Wordpress Basics expert class series with 6 classes touching on the exact subject you're looking for help with.
I hear the teacher is legit awesome. It's also me, lol. Just throwing it out there :)

However, there are lots of webinars that show step-by-step how to go about WordPress.
You may input "WordPress Magistudios" in the magnifying glass top menu; there's a whole list of webinars to be followed upon
You can click the Help tab top menu and ask a question, live to chat your question, or private message any member, including the co-founders Kyle and Carson, to reach out to site support if your website needs attention.
Also, from the help tab top menu, you can see who's your coach in addition to Kyle and Carson, and if applicable - you may have signed up through them or direct.

Hi Kim,
Sorry that you will be leaving. I think you mean by more hands-on is like a traditional classroom method where a teacher can help you in real-time.
I find that the exercises after each OEC lesson are the closest you will find to hands-on training here. This is not for everyone.
