Mea Culpa - site comment not feedback
I screwed up. Learn from me: SiteComment is NOT the same thing as SiteFeedback. At all.
Andrea, if you're reading this, please know that I'm sorry.
So, to loop everyone in I saw an email. Intrest match, leave a comment. And I did. Except I didn't. I left site feedback, not a comment.
Facepalm!

I figured out my mistake when I saw another email with SiteComment dos and don'ts. I tried to delete the comment, but it was pending and I couldn't. (If anyone knows how to fix this let me know.)
SiteFeedback is where you leave comments about the site itself. You know, the navigation, the content, the visuals la de da.
SiteComment is where you leave comments/ask questions to start a conversation with the website owner and your fellow readers. You know. Actual comments that appear on a website.
Yep. Screwed that up pret-ty good! Mea Culpa. My bad. Won't happen again. Now I know. And if you didn't, now you do.
Quick postscript: there IS an edit button!
Problem solved and crisis averted.
I want to thank you all for your support. I know I'm not alone on here, and that others have made the same mistakes. It's a comfort. Thanks again!

You are doing better than me, when I first started I was so excited about how well I was doing I left 2 lots of feedback when it was suppose to be site comments before I realised LOL.

Gosh, I have to say that making this mistake has been a really uplifting experience - in a strange sort of way. I really appreciate your encouragement.

Sometimes I find it handy to watch the videos on my phone while I follow along on my computer. Or vice versa. Maybe try that?

I did the same thing as a newbie, it can all be pretty overwhelming at first. Lesson learned, I didn't make that mistake again.
My brain is a puddle. Definite information overload. But you're right. I won't make the same mistake again.
Lol I did the same thing but over and over before I realized what I was doing. It wasn't until I had too many disapproved comments and was banned from leaving comments that I found out I was doing it all wrong. Thankfully, I got it figured out and am good again.

I was thrown a little bit by this also the one time I tried to figure it out. Still not sure if I did it right, lol, but I may start dabbling again since I have learned more about the process and see that I am not alone. :D
