An update, what just happened?

I'm struggling to remember a month in my life that has been quite so pivotal.

So, a quick update on my progress and where I am now. I signed up to WA mid January as a starter member. From the start I found the whole WA program exciting and could see a way forward for me that I had been searching for in vain for years.

I got towards the end of the free trial and was sceptical. I asked loads of questions and got loads of answers. The first thing that struck me was just how helpful, encouraging and friendly everyone was. I was amazed that questions would be answered in hours if not minutes, by people prepared to take time out of their day just to help me.... a free member, who may or may not go further with the program.

I signed up and I am progressing with the training. I have my first website up and running, I am starting to add content and am eagerly awaiting that all important message from Google. My wife is working on a second website and that is starting to take shape.

I find the training excellent and am eager to learn more. Everything has fitted into place and is now making sense. I've had websites before and managed to rank OK for a trade in my local town, but I'm now starting to realise how hit-and-miss it has all been. I've survived by flooding keywords everywhere (Page titles, footers meta descriptions) and could only classify my past success as lucky. I can now see that following the WA program will give me an edge over almost all other website operators. My ambition is to make this my vocation and I've set goals to be able to ease out of my old trade and into my new life that will be affiliate marketing.

So, I'm well into the second batch of teaching and spend all my time thinking about WA and what I'm going to do next. My mind is on it all the time. This is great because after 35 years in the same trade I've had enough and need new challenges and for life to take a new path.

My wife now shares my vision and is now joining me on this fantastic journey. In a few short weeks my life has changed from one of despair to having a whole new set of goals and my life and work planned for the next year. I'm giving this every spare moment I have as I realise it's going to be hard work and you have to just keep plugging away. I've always known that to make a change you have to make a change and this is it.

On a personal note, as I've progressed and spent more and more time on this platform I feel I must make a couple of points.

I never thought I would be so touched by the help and encouragement I have received since being here and it is obvious that this a trait that runs throughout WA from the top to the bottom. I am truly touched. To anyone that reads this and especially those that have helped me along the way....... Thank you. You have given me hope.
