Newbie's First Blog
Hello WA family....
Here it goes....my first blog. I have so many questions and feeling overwelmed at times with the amount of information coming my way. Which is good and bad!!
First of all, I want to thank everyone who has been helpful and has informative posts out there. I amt struggling somewhat with the balance of everything...
Life is busy
Just curious how everyone structures their days? Looking at someone's blog from earlier asking how much time people work on their websites was just unreal. I work outside of the home 40 hours per week, manage the home, kids, etc and try to work out 1.5 to 2 hours per day.( which is my passion and what my platform is built on) Trying to get through everyone's blogs is crazy...they are helpful for the most part. I am afraid not to go thorugh them in case I iss some improtant information but time is an issue....
So my questions are...
- Do you read all your emails of blogs? Do you comment on all/most/some of them?
- What are the advantages to site ranking...are you more marketable with a higher rank?
- Do you spend more time on WA blogs or on your website blogs? What is the breakdown?
I feel so un-techie at times but muddling through I think, LOL
Happy to say I am working on several blogs and have a good amount of research done. for a few more.. hoping to publish them in the next week or so as they tie together.
Any answers are appreciated...

Congrats on your first blog, you got me beat!
I do read most of blogs, those that I understand and answer some of them in one way or another.
I don't worry about missing anything because all of my emails from WA is placed in a saved file. I can return to any one whenever I want!
Schedule your time that best suits you, even 30 minutes is better than zero!

Congratulations on your first blog. Regarding your questions, I'll try to help a little:
I only read some of WA blogs, and all of my private emails i get on the platform.
The advantage of site-ranking is that through your original content you get to the top of options from browsers search, thus more chances to monetize your business.
On blogging to WA/Your website, is up to you. As matter of acquiring expertise I suggest starting to give more time on WA blogs; once you feel comfortable, then switch that attention to your website. Anyway, is all up to you.

You can customize which emails you view by going to account settings, Kim. My days are all over the place being self-employed, so for me, there is really not much rhyme or reason. I do what I can when and where I can fit it in! Great first blog!
