What do you mean the succeeding articles are no longer indexed? I still have a bit to learn when it comes to article indexing and how we can see where they rank. I am getting close to 70 articles on my blog and I haven't found myself on Google yet...even when they send me the emails saying an article has been indexed. Have you tried going into Bing to see where your articles are ranking? I've noticed a handful of mine are on Bing but not on Google.
Hi - how are you checking that they are being indexed? Are you waiting for an email to let you know? Unfortunately, that isn't very reliable.
You need to check in Google yourself, by typing in site:mydomain.com, obviously replacing my domain with the name of your own site.
Sometimes it can just take time. Requesting indexing isn't a guarantee that your post will get indexed. Providing your settings are all correct (i.e. that the post is not set to "noindex") & the post is of high-quality, then it will just be a matter of time. It's certainly not unusual on a site under 12 months old to behave "oddly" when it comes to indexing from time to time.

You are not alone. I find more of my articles are getting indexed and ranked on Bing than on Google.
