With all that Carson, his wife and their beautiful son, Kai are going through, we need to remember Carsons ' friend and partner. On New Year's Day, our 8th anniversary, we went to see "Unbroken." For those who haven't heard it's about a WW2 hero / Olympic medal winner who just passed away at 97 in July of 2014. He endured a month and a half adrift on a raft after crashing in the Pacific only to be captured and put through hell as a POW. It's hard to watch at times, but it's a good movie, not as good as the book about the life of Louie Zamperini. So if you have the time, I recommend it.
