From a boat to the ship

Last Update: October 20, 2014

Most of us have been down Scam River and by the time we got off the boat, we were out a lot of money. Some of us just had broken paddles. But most of us have been in that boat. You know, the one with the hole in it. You don't see it at first, because it's covered with bs. Pretty soon though, the boat sinks, and we either have to swim for our lives, or should providence allow, a lifesaver will come our way with the initials WA.

That's what happened to me. So I'm off the boat and in this huge ship. I don't have to paddle because the engines running. That doesn't mean I don't have to work. When you don't have to work, it's likely you're getting back in the boat that's got a bigger patch on the hole than last time.

What else is on this ship? There are thousands of people that want to see you succeed. People from all over the world that want to help you, and 2 co captains who will talk to you personally like you really matter.

Get off the boat, and jump on the WA Ship now and cruise to success !

Yea, I like being in a ship, but sometimes we need to get into a smaller boat or just swim out of our comfort zone, and take a chance. I'm finding that out too. But there are plenty watching my back and yours, so that really helps.

I'm enjoying your style of writing, Jim. I agree, love this analogy after spending years by or on the ocean. Had a sail boat once that's caulking came out and we were sinking, me, four kids and their dad. Scary day but, we worked hard and I bailed like a crazy woman...

No bailing to be done here at WA just lots of scooping in the dollops of knowledge served up in our lessons and tasks. I hope things are going well for you,

Linda

You're welcome Jim. We all need a bit of encouragement from time to time; most people tend to be their own worst critics & often underestimate the value of their work, seeing only the flaws. Sometimes a fresh perspective can provide us with the necessary insight to see the true merit of our efforts. I meant every word that I said & I think that you have a very bright & promising future here at WA. It's a pleasure having you as a part of my following & I'll look forward to hearing about your many successes. If there's anything that you need, please don't hesitate to ask! Best wishes!

Hi Jim thanks for your encouraging words, been down scam river myself without a paddle. Excellent analogy and we truly relate to this. We are not here by chance, but providence has made a way for us all to network together through WA.

Great post my friend and this WA is truly a lifesaver for so many people and that's before we even start talking about money :) Great to be in the ship with you!!

Thank you, Nathaniel is the one that threw me the lifesaver. There was a shark circling too about to take a bite out of my wallet.

Everything you need to have a smooth journey is on this ship. I always say, the only thing missing in the element of success is you...that has always been our goal here at WA. To provide absolutely everything else.

Over the years we have evolved to become an all inclusive community, from the training, tools, support, websites, hosting and we will continue to roll out features that take the most difficult aspects of building an online business and make them more efficient to you.

The sharks cannot reach you when you are on the WA Cruise ship!

I love your blog. I like how you compared other places to a boat, and WA as a huge ship.

I also really like how you said "Scam River" and jump on the WA Ship. I think a lot of people can relate to this. :)

On the river of life you have to know when to paddle and when you can drift. Now is the time to paddle
