What woman should do before turns 30 ?

It was my 30th birthday 3 days ago and I started to investigate what woman should do before turn 30? I am not agree with everything, but how about you?:)

1. Learn foreign language- (I born in Estonia, so my mother language is Estonia, but my family moved to Finland when I was 13 so I can also speak fluent Finnish. Estonian second language is still Russia and I was also exchange student in Russia almost a year so my Russian language is ok too. Last 3 2,5 I was backpacking and studying in Australia to improve my English. I quess this is acomplished.

2. Live in abroad- Lived in many different countries ( Finland, Russia, Australia)

3. Forgive to your parents- Nothing to forgive. I love my parents. My childhood in the Soviet Union was not easy, but I know that my parents did their best to give the best life for me and my sister.

4.Learn To Trust Your Intuition- I dont know about this. I always try to listen my heart but I have ignored my intuition though, a few times, some people I've felt were no good needed help, i helped and I got myself into serious trouble.

5. create something- I am creating my own online business atm:)

6. Try To Stop Criticizing Your Body- I had my Breast Implants over year ago and this was my choice. I did it for me.

7. Befriend a older woman- Some of the best advice I’ve ever received has come from my grand mums and my mum

8. Face your worst fear- My worst fear is that something will happen to my family or friends, but there is nothing i can do about. My second worst fear is high. I don t think that after trying skydiving my fear is gone. Also spiders. I can buy a spider as a pet but my life would be complete horror then.

9. Create an online business on the side. I am working on it:)

10. Create your personal emergency fund- hmm haven't think about it yet

11. Boost your financial stability- I was financially stabil 3 years ago, but i decided to see the world and spent my savings for travelling. At the end I have a lot of experience and good memories.

12. Develop a habit of daily exercising- I go to gym 2-3 day/week and when its not too cold i always come to work by bisycle

13. Start eating healthy. I think I eat healthy. Mostly I eat vegetables, fish and chicken. My problem is that I only eat only 1-2 per day. I should start eating more often and smaller portions.

14. Get in the best shape of your life- I do my best.

15. Become a morning person- I am not sure if Im morning or evening person. I quess it depends..

16.Read at leat 100 books- No problem for me. I love reading.

17. Write a book. This is one of my biggest dream

18. Write a letter to your future self. Done!

19. Go offline for a whole month- I cant do that as I have family and friends from many different countries so internet is the best way to keep contact with them

20. Take a picture every day for a whole year- I have done modelling when i was younger , but I do not like to take selfies. Anyway I think its interesting idea so I will do that.

21. Make a list of things that truly make you happy. I will do that

22. Help a homeless person to get back to a normal life. I like this. There are not many homless people in Finland , but there are still many people who needs help.

23. Donate to a local foundation. I donate every month to Red Cross and Animal Foundation

24. Learn to say no. True!

25. Spend a night under the stars. Soon its - 30 in Finland so its quite hard to do, but I promise to do it next summer:I

I love your list it looks amazing and its nice you've achieved that much. You're still have a big life ahead and look forward to hear what accomplishment you will made at 40.

But I'm sure you can spend a night under the Aurora Borealis especially a 6month night like I'm sure it gets in Finland!

Happy 30th birthday Kerli!

That is a very comprehensive yet introspective list, almost like a "bucket list" for both a man AND a woman in what he/she should think about doing before reaching a certain age.

I turned 30 back in the summer of 1987. At the time I can still disinctly remember that it was a HUGE deal for me. I could not believe that suddenly I was 30 and wondered how in the world could I have been that old!

Now I laugh as next Aug. 2nd that summer back in 1987 will represent a half of a lifetime ago when, in about 10 months I will turn 60. To be honest that age scares me just a bit, although not nearly so compared to when I turned 30!

Best wishes Kerli. You seem to be a truly caring person. The world needs more people like you. We'd all be better off by having more selfless people instead of selfish individuals found on all 4 corners of the globe.

Finally by reading all of the items on the list it also appears as if you have personally done and achieved many items within your still young life, Kerli!

This is a GREAT checklist for a life that can be LIVED the way you want and need it to be lived!

Happy birthday, of course and as you check off these little things, let the people who love you know about them.

I like the list Kerli! The thing I would suggest is do what makes you happy and keeps you safe! I believe you are an ambitious, intelligent young woman with a warm heart and a desire to make the world a better place. It is a great thing and you will do very well at whatever you set your mind to doing...This list gives you a foundation of positive things and little challenges which is great...I am long winded again..Keep up your great work! Keith

That's a great list for people of any age to have. By the way, I've never met a woman who actually liked spiders:)

Happy belated birthday. It's been a long time since I've been 30; but since most of my time was devoted to raising a family up to that point; I think you have accomplished a lot more in other areas. I never had the money to travel. Now I lack desire for it. I think you will grow and blossom even more here at WA. You seem to have such a caring and kind nature. God bless you.

Great list Kerli and good progress. I would recommend two books that helped me and my wife (we're slightly over 30, ha). These may give you some insight on #10 and #11. They are More Than Enough by Dave Ramsey and Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki.

Interesting list Kerli. I definitely am not a woman and way past 30, but many other the items are good for any age to do.

Nice! Congratulations on turning 30 :) I didn't do this when I turned 30. I was mostly upset and moping about life but that's no way to be. Glad that you did this fun adn enlightening activity! :) Hope you have 30 + 30 more years to come and even some change!! :)
