Wealthy Affiliate Exceeding my Expectations

Well well well, to my great surprise I can see actual results. I've been here less than a month and so far I have finished course 2, built a website, the site is indexed and some posts are ranking. One of my posts has been slipping between page 1 and page 2... here's proof!

Yep, and it only took about a day from the time I posted it and I'm sure I'm not even out of Google's sandbox yet. Just wait until my site begins to gain age and authority buahahaha!

So as you can see my niche is about land-lording. More specifically tenant proofing rental properties. Now, I'm not running down tenants here, heck no, I know which side my bread is buttered on. However, SOME tenants are very destructive and it is a great cause of stress for rental property owners so... I'm just showing other landlord's how to avoid stress on their way to success.

I've been a rental property owner for more than 20 years and I thought I would write about something I actually know about. No, I'm not sure it will be a profitable niche yet, and if not, that's okay. But for now, I feel like I know what I'm talking about when I write a post.

I'm not one who expects to see profits for awhile, heck if I can see any gain's at all within the first six month's, I would be on cloud nine. Anyway, enough said. I'm just very happy with the results so far.
