Is the one you deleted till in "trash". You can restore it from trash and delete the one you don't want..
You may need to empty the browser cache, refresh and try again. Try URL in a different browser or mobile device.
You can also empty servers cache.
Websites > Site Manager > Details > Sitespeed > Empty site cache
You just wan the one post.
When a post gets deleted, it goes in the trash. You can visit the trash and delete permanently or restore.
