Shout Out To WA Site Support

Lately I have been reading some bad reviews regarding our WA site support; I don't know if they read our blogs, but I just wanted to give them a shout out! I think they are doing an excellent job. I have had to request their help on several occasions, and I have always been pleased with their response and amount of expertise.

Sure, there was a time or two that I had to wait for a response, but when you are dealing with the technical well-being of this many members, I think you can expect a time delay once in a while. After all, as much as we would like to think our problem is the most urgent one in the queue, the fact of the matter is, there just might be a more pressing matter for them to deal with.

I think just because of the nature of their job, they get a bad rep sometimes. It's important to remember they are people too--just like you and me. They are responsible for thousands of websites and a whole bunch of other technical behind the scenes stuff many of us know nothing about. I think its okay if we cut them a bit of slack and a lot of patience.

WA Site Support has been absolutely amazing. They have fixed every issue I have come up against and then some. Sometimes it takes a little longer than others, but that just means they are looking into the problem extensively and trying to come up with a solution. I do not have any problems whatsoever with site support here.

I couldn't agree with you more Kathy. Our support team is probably the best there is. I have used them on several occasions and had excellent service from them. Thank you for bring this up.
