Hey! I use mail chimp. I know there are a few others out there too, but I actually have been using mail chimp for years to send out news blasts to my workout classes (I'm an instructor)

I like that mail chimp doesn't require a plugin. I can generate a signup sheet for a particular page, and also a pop up option for anyone who views my site.

In this first newsletter, I did a 'last week at a glance' and linked new articles that went up last week. I also gave a short 'behind the scenes' aka. what I'm working on and what I hope to bring to the table soon (in my case, this is more video/podcasts coming in the future).... I also grabbed an affiliate link that was having a sale this week and included that too as a special offer.

I have just explored mail chimp--I have their free version for now. I want to learn how to use it before I decide to pay for it. I am just in the beginning stages of setting up my first pop up offer. I created my first recipe book (flip book) using flipsnack software. This will be my free offer when people sign up. Have you ever considered doing a training on how to set up and use mail chimp and setting up a news letter? I bet there would be people interested in such a training.

I still use the free version of mail chimp too! You can use it until you have over 1000 people on your list. (or close to that number)

I think doing a training on it would be a great idea! It actually took me a while because I learned it on my own.

I haven't been inside WA long enough to start doing trainings yet...you have to be here for 3 months before you can do it.

But once August hits, I'll be able to provide tranings on my resources....But for now, if you have a specific question, I'd love to answer it if I can! Just let me know.
