Why Time is Valuable
You have probably heard these idioms that are related to time before: "Better late than never" or "burning both ends of the candle". The Beatles sang a song called, "Eight days a Week". They all are essentially referring there is or was not enough time to achieve or accomplish something.
But time is our most valuable resource. Once a moment in time is gone, it is gone forever. You are probably thinking how do I manage my time? Yes, this is important, but how you VALUE your TIME is probably more important.
Value of our time is essential with WA, too. It is probably easy for many to "put things off", or procrastinate. Examples may include getting "engaged" with giving feedback or beneficial comments to fellow WA members' posts. Also, one would think it is easy to "put off" publishing a new post on his/her website. I guess what I am saying is the value of time includes effective productivity. Then this action usually results in some degree of satisfaction and fulfillment. So it appears it is our own decision. As Teddy of Bob's Burgers once stated, "Bob, you know, my therapist says that if I don't value my time, nobody's goin' to".
Just a thought to ponder,
Kent
