Newbie wondering what to do next
OK, so I joined up a few days ago (because it was free and what did I have to lose?). Been through the Getting Started training and loved it. So easy and informative. Bite-size video chunks, so not too much to take in all at once. This is something that I have wanted to do for a long time, but didn't have a niche. I really had nothing that I could write about that would capture anyone's attention. However, about 6 months ago, I dipped my toes cautiously into a new venture and discovered that I loved it, and am furthering that by retraining as a Complementary Therapist. This has provided me with several niches, but I have chosen one that is very applicable to me to start with. But even with a niche, and the knowledge that I needed a website, I didn't know where to start with it. Kyle's videos have guided me and shown me the path.
So, I have my niche, I have built my starter website, and I have finished all of the Lessons in Course 1. Now, I have to decide whether to upgrade to Premium. I want to find out more, I am hungry for more knowledge, but I have limited finances and I am not sure whether I can commit myself to a monthly outlay. But, if I want my own website (or more than one possibly), I will have to pay hosting fees right? So premium membership of WA seems like good value.
I need to sleep on it and make up my mind in the morning.

Hey Kathy, you don't need to pay hosting fees at WA, it is included in Premium membership. You will need to buy (register) a domain name if you so chose. This costs about 10-12 bucks a year with namecheap.
I would suggest going Premium if you can ... there are so many benefits and the training is amazing.

Hello Kathy, welcome to the group I am sure you will not regret your decision. I would suggest you go premium as there are so many benefits and the support of the community is simply the best. you will not be left alone. You have a great niche and your website will be great. Soon or later you will be making money from your websites and the monthly fee will be taken care of. Best of wishes and good luck.
