My cat site has been indexed on the googles

This isn't my first site that has been indexed on Google. All the other sites I had before coming here to WA had indexed on Google. However, the cat site is the first niche site I created here on WA, so I feel it's worth celebrating.

They're over the moon

I told my girls this and just look at their reactions!

OK, maybe they're not as excited as I am. Melody has been getting some good feedback on her review posts so far, so you know she's happy.

Now that I'm in the habit

Now that my work on my niche site here has become more of a habit, I revisited an old idea for my personal blogging that I tried a couple of times and never really followed through on because I never spent enough time on the boring stuff to make it seem less overwhelming.

The idea is to have an online tip jar and or a paid monthly membership for my modeling photos. When in lockdown last year I gave that thought a second attempt and very quickly made money from it. However, once I had to go back to work everything fell through.

This month marks one year of being fully self-employed and it gives me all the time in the world to work on my creative projects. With that and finally making the boring stuff a habit I'm on track to try that idea again.

Always worth a second (or third) try

After a week of research and comparison, I decided to stick with one of the sites I had used previously for that idea and am now in the process of moving content over there from another similar site. It's a long boring process, but it will be worth it in the long run.

Once everything is moved over I'll just have to make sure that creating content for that becomes a habit as well.

Between all blogs, social media content, and exclusive content, I have plenty to do. The only thing my girls care about is when they get their next box.
