A definite way to help each other improve google rankings?

Hi - this ingenious idea came from axtonkong (please see his profile if you want to see some website help in action on the comments box) and is a great way for us all to boost each others rankings by showing interest and focusing on low bounce rates. We can check out websites from visiting profiles or leave websites in the comments box. In his words...
"Guys, I started a thread to help each other to improve Google ranking by :
1. Organically search for each other's website (to improve number of organic search, pageviews and unique pageviews)
2. Browsing through each other's website for at least 10 minutes (to improve average time on page, pages/session, Avg session duration and bounce rate)
As you can see from Google Analytics, these are among the factors determining our ranking:
1. Pageview
2. Unique pageviews
3. Avg. time on page
4. Pages/session
5. Avg. session duration
6. Bounce rate
The existing 'exchanging comment thread' is good but I found a problem with it, most of the people go to a particular page, put a comment and left the website. This is really hurting the Avg. time on page, pages/session, Avg. session duration and most of all the bounce rate.
So I suggest we help ourselves in a more effective way, yes we will spend a little more time but it is definitely worth the effort.
