Great site. I have two suggestions... I could not find the menu at first (the one at the top) Can you increase the size or bold it?
Also I have lived in Florida, Louisiana and now New England. As you know, all the best for seafood.
The other suggestion is to find the recipe for Sweet Potato Encrusted ... (Grouper is what I usually eat, but any thick fillet will work). Used to get it at the Food Shack in Jupiter, FL. As we say in LA, it was stooopid good!

I agree with you about the menu...I'll try to figure out how to make it bolder or larger. (It's been bugging me.) Am working on the recipe you requested & will let you know as soon as I'm successful.

Hey, BigDaddy....
Taking your advice, I tried to increase the size of my menu along the top or at least make it bold and I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to do it. Very Frustrating. I also tried to include a reply/comment box at the bottom of each recipe but can't seem to do that either.
The good news is,,,,,I just may have developed a recipe for sweet potato encrusted Grouper. I'm adding it to my site now so let me know if you like it. You can substitute catfish.
