My First Impression of WA
I'm actually really enjoying my experience on WA. At first I was a dear caught in head lights, but now I feel a bit more comfortable. The social part of it helps a new person and I'm glad blogging within is encouraged so I don't feel alone. The training is good as well, some of the knowledge I get from outside sources, but tie them together. I'm an all around learner. If I want to learn something, in order for it to make sense to me, I need to know from the time the Big Bang happened to the present. Exhausting, but it's how I operate.
Some Things I'd Like to Work on:
- Confidence- I tell myself daily that what I'm doing will pay off. Believing myself is another story
- Perfectionist- This one I need to learn to let go of. How many drafts do I have versus publishing... can I get an AMEN
- Confusion- When I first learn about blogging and website building, I tend to over think everything as I'm being taught which then confuses me. Later when I'm actually in the process I realize it clicked in my thinking. I just lacked confidence, vicious cycle.
- Patience- My mentality of I want it now, I want it perfect, and I want success is wearing me thin. I know deep down there is a process to everything, but I need to convince my inner child of that as well.
All in all I believe this is the exact place I needed to land.

Kari... you are exactly where you should be... and experiencing the emotional rollercoaster we've all been through. If its any consolation, all of these feelings are perfectly normal and they will pass. Hang in there.

Must of what you mention here sounds a lot like me,lol! I too had a lack of confidence when I started because I knew almost nothing about computers or online business. I've learned a lot in a short time here, but still have a long way to go. Your confidence will grow as you move forward building your business, in so many ways. Just wait. :0)
Confusion? Oh yes!!! That's all part of the fun here. Especially for those of us who are new to this learning. At some point you will look back in awe of what you have accomplished. Thanks to the training here.
I also share your feeling for perfection. In some ways it's a pain and it adds to the workload. But it also means that you want things done right. That will serve you very well on your journey.

Great Kari. Watch out for perfectionism it's companions are paralysis and procrastination
