Worst Affiliate Marketer EVER
I must be the Worst Affiliate Marketer and Content Writer EVER!. I have been apart of WA for almost 4 years now. I enjoy the training and learning very much which is why I've stuck with it so far.
I have to be honest I don't participate in the social part of WA a whole lot but I do once in a while. I and still trying to balance out Life, WA Social, Family & Friends, Posting, Online Business.
I've done the Training Course and Started the Boot Camp Course, still working on this one.
Reason Why?
The Reason Why I think I must be the Worse Affiliate Marketer EVER! Is because I have tried many ways to get someone to see how great WA is and only one person Joined.
I just reviewed my Clicks for WA and this is what I found:
From January 1, 2018 thru November 17, 2018
- TOTAL Raw Clicks = 1,792
- TOTAL Unique Clicks = 1,678
- TOTAL Content Clicks = 1,317
- GRAND TOTAL CLICKS = 4,787
Now with saying that I really don't know if that is a lot of clicks because I have nothing to compare it to, but it does seem a lot to me. Yet, only 1 person joined and didn't stick with the program.
Giving Up
So now it's time to ask myself, "Do I give up on trying to Promote WA"?
Just wanted to see if others are having the same resultsas I am with Clicks and No new members. Or do I just don't have the time to devote to Affiliate Marketing as a Business vs a Hobby?
How many hours do you spending on Affiliate Marketing?

Hi Dennis,
NO, you are not the worst affiliate marketer ... Affiliate marketing is not just about promoting WA ... And if it happens to be your chosen "niche" ... well, yes, is a really "oversaturated" one ...
Have you considered a new, second niche site?
Who are you writing for?
How do you want to help them and why?
Make sure that you can answer this questio,n in one sentence.
Then be sure that the content you are writing will help these people with these problems.
Does this make sense?
If you genuinely want to help your audience and you are getting the message across, then you should have success.
Do you feel you have got all of the above in your content? If not you may need to work on getting more clarity.
Thanks Karden. thought I was the worst. I joined in 2014 and still going thru training lessons. On lesson 8 now of level one. My goal is to complete this and then go to boot camp and complete it. Still working on first word press website. Your blog is incentive for me to complete my goals.
I get bogged down on social part too which keeps me from doing the lessons.
Almost gave up a few times but keep coming back to WA and will stay here until I see success.
Thanks for your post. Hang in here .
Initially when i started, i thought about promoting wealthy affiliate but quickly realised it was very competitive and chose my own niche.
I have been doing it part time for a year now but it has reached the point where i can quit my full time job and pursue this full time.
i was spending 2-3 hours during my work days and 4-5 on my days off.
Recently though i have been thinking of creating my second website promoting wealthy affiliate because many people on here are having great success despite it being over saturated. There's millions of keywords you can target and relate it back to wealthy affiliate.
Have you seen littlemama's road to Vegas training series on how to go about promoting wealthy affiliate?
if not i highly recommend it :)
maybe this is the time to review who you are talking to as you audience.
are you trying to talk to to many different niches?
who is your avatar - what is his or her name?
how are they doing, what has changed in their lives.
once you start getting a certain number of visitors and they are the right ones - how do you know who are the right ones - they stick arond and read your content ( bounce rate low)
you are not th e worst ever - they are the ones who have already quit.
but without seeing your site - how it is organised etc it is very difficult to help a lot other than generic statements.
what is your plan going ahead?
sorry can't help that much Alex or Ann.
Phil

How are your traffic and conversion numbers on your other 2 websites, Dennis? Are you getting good traffic on them?
Are you posting regularly - like, at least 6 to 8 posts per month (more, if possible)?
Just a few questions to spur your thought processes...
