Hi - I have 2 websites and more will come later. How do I set up Pinterest? I currently have it set up in my personal name and have created 2 boards. One called "Hiking with

Hi Marcella,

You can have lots of different boards for different topics, all within the same account. Then when you post something to Pinterest, you post it to the board for that topic. It's also good to repin other peoples' boards if they are good and relevant to the topics of your boards. It is also good to have some boards not related to what you are promoting. Anything you are interested in you can have a board about.

Here is Kyle's video about Pinterest: Also, boomergp08 has a good tutorial about Pinterest: And here's my pinterest account:

I hope this helps.

Marcus.

Thank you so much Marcus - those links you supplied were exactly what I needed to see/read. And seeing your pinterest board too as an example helped - cheers. I see now why having one profile with several boards is beneficial for traffic.

Hey Marcus. Question re Google+. I have set up my 2 websites within my personal page but when I ask for followers - do I add them to a circle on the individual website pages rather than my personal profile page - is that correct?

Hey Marcella. I have to confess to not having properly got to rips with Google+ yet. I've been distracted by Pinterest, Youtube and other things. But Jay has a training video about Google+: It's an hour long, but Jay really knows his stuff and creates amazing training videos.

I just use different boards for different subjects, all in the one account. ~Marion

Thank you Marion - good to hear what other people are doing and how it works for them.

Different people follow the different boards according to their interests.

My advice would be to keep them separate. You should set up your Pinterest account as a business account, that way your website link appears on your profile, so each website should technically have it's own Pinterest account. I "repin" other peoples pins more than I pin my own content, and adding comments to other peoples pins helps a lot too. Here's my Pinterest page if you'd like to have a look - https://www.pinterest.com/WahmAffiliate/. Let me know if I can be of any further help :)

Thank you Dianne - I certainly like the idea of keeping them separate!

Hey Karcel, there is a couple of options, having separate Pinterest accounts for each of your web sites and niches or you can have different Pin boards within in the 1 Pinterest account. This would be entirely up to you how you want to work it, but both can work the only problem with 2 accounts is jumping from one to another.

Thanks Paul for your input!
