Its possible to train ourselves to be aware of thoughts at all times to remove negativity as soon as it appears.
Negativity comes mostly not through the ear but in our brain. Telling us the fear, worry, and doubt continuously like an angry Niagara Falls!

Good idea and a great reminder - it is very important to filter what you allow inside your own head and what you choose to focus on, otherwise, the result is just spinning in circles vs actually getting stuff done.
