The Greatest thing in Business
I have come to realize that the greatest thing for business is TRUST. Without out any business will fail. With it, customers will gain you more customers.
The funny thung is that you cannot gain trust without starting your business. Its not much like money where you can get money then use that money to start a business. Some define trust as "consistency over time". And that is how businesses grow. I have had to to put in effort to ensure my clients are consistently satisfied. I have had to use the trust of some to get funding to get products or training in a service to better serve customers and build their trust in me.
Even if you have the greatest products you will not get even half a sale if you don't build trust with customers. Building trust is building relationship; one day at a time, one event at a time. That is what WA is helping me with and every content that I generate on my website gets me closer to my customers. Every new skill I learn about websites, traffic and marketing I get my customers to understand me better and I underrstand them more.
