When you try to make a ticket request. You type in what it is about and you keep getting lots of drop downs about it and you cant submit you ticket for help

The drop down is helpful to see the related questions that others have asked, because there's a good chance that someone else has asked the same question and you won't have to wait for an answer.
But, if none of those related questions are relevant to your question, then you can just click the X to remove the drop down and then ask your question.
