You cannot break universal principles but universal principles can break you if you do not operate in harmony with them or if you do not operate in a way that empowers you to get the results in life that you want, so you have to operate of principle and there aren't any shortcuts.

For example gravity, you won't break the laws of gravity but the laws of gravity can definitely break you. You can jump of a building or whatever it is, but you have to respect the principles that are in place.

So wake up early or stay up late, put in the work, make those sacrifices and break bad habits. You can't make shortcuts, shortcuts won't cut it.

Respect the universal laws.
