The Seed Fast

One thing I want to share with everyone is I'm going on a 30 day fast, not a food fast but a 30 day mental fast. I'm calling it a seed fast.

Your mind is like a garden and the seeds you plant whether they are positive or negative is what's going to grow. So many times we allow certain seeds into our mind on a conscious or subconscious level and those seeds grow.

Good thoughts and actions can never produce bad results and bad thoughts and actions can never produce good results, but your actions are a result of your thoughts and your thoughts are a result of what seeds you planted, so when you continually allow seeds to be planted that aren't in your best interest it hinders you from taking actions that are in your best interests.

So during these next 30 days I won't be listening to music instead I'll be listening to motivation, inspiration and beneficial information to encourage me.

When you have major goals it's natural to be terrified to pursue them but you need to intentionally drown out any voices of doubt.
