It will be a DNS issue, as the new website will now be on a different server. You can either wait about 24 hours or maybe contact SiteSupport to see if they can clear the cache for you.
Just for reference, you didn't have to delete the whole website to change your theme, you can do this within WordPress by going to Appearance -> Themes -> Add New

Can't find widgets tab under appearance in wordpress
Some plugin or theme could be the cause. Start deactivating plugins one by one until you get the widgets again.

Tried that. Still no widgets tab. Should i delete the actual theme and start over. Had 5 plugins 3 from WA and 2 that said were required. Deactivated them all. Thanks by the way
Before going to the next step, log out and log in to WordPress. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, switch to another theme. If the issue still persists, delete the current theme provided that you’ve never seen the widgets under appearance.
