working with steam

We have been working on an estate long distance. WA and the MRS

In addition to the lessons here, we also read/listen to motivational books and snippets of talks. We happened to stumble on a section of you tube containing an audio book, and it opened our ears to a new part of our world. One of the videos was about MIS- multiple income streams..... we co-opted the phrasing and are calling it the MRS - multiple revenue streams.
