I am in the process of re-branding and my brand name will be changed. How do I go about changing my domain name from julzeclecticmix to say handmadejewelrybyjulia?
You would need to purchase the domain handmadejewelrybyjulia.com
You can then transfer the files from the
previous name to this one.

I have recently transferred my domain from Bluehost to WA and it's still in progress.
However, the domain is still hosted by Bluehost. How do I get my domain to be hoste
I did that and received an email to say that my transfer was successful but Bluehost is still the primary host of my domain. :(
Regards
Julz
I think I have managed to answer my own question!
At the right side of the domain list, there's a drop down menu and there's an option to enable hosting. I clicked it and now WA is hosting my domain.
I think this should be it.
:)

Hi all
At the moment, I am using Shopify for my business website. Although it is quite easy to use, I find that paying US26 per month is escalating my cost. Furthermore
Unfortunately, you're going to find that a lot of the features you want are paid upgrades which you only get a year of support for before you have to pay for them again or risk having them not function. Just afew of these upgrades and you are already at the level of what shopify costs.
Shopify is PCI Level 1 compliant, while that doesn't make your business compliant if you use them, it does make it easier for you to be PCI compliant if you are running an e-commerce store.
I haven't heard anything about WA's hosting being PCI compliant, so I doubt they have been through the PCI process. If there hosting was PCI, compliant then I think they would be using that as a selling point.
Getting PC1 compliant is about $49/year that I use for woo commerce, that still going to be cheaper than Shopify.
I'm afraid you can't just pay to be PCI compliant. Have you gone through a Self-Assessment Questionnaire(SAQ) for your business? Have you obtained a SAQ fromeach company that performs functions that affect credit card holder's data security?
If you haven't done those things, among other things, then you're not PCI compliant.
Thanks!!!! If I decide to transfer everything to WA, I need to do it fast before the festive season!
Take care!
Cheers!

Yes, Ken is correct. You cannot change a domain name once you create it
