You Can't Give When You Are Running On Empty
It's so true. You can't give your best when you are not inspired, or when you are tired or when you are overwhelmed by circumstances.
So, what should you do? Take a break from your work or business. Plan your day to have relaxing and chill-out activities such as reading a book, going for long walks, see the sun rise or sunset, etc. Do something that helps you to be stress-free and makes you happy.
I am confident that you will be re-charged, re-energized and renewed. You will be very happy and inspired!
How do I know all these? Because I did exactly what I have written. Never be afraid to just stop and smell the roses. Be brave to admit that we are just humans. Take courage to slow down and be adventurous to try something new.

I find that I can even get lost in the daily tasks and what I need to accomplish during a weekly basis. Sitting down and putting pen on paper for me and writing down my daily goals and sometimes much longer term goals is always incredibly helpful.
Taking a break, going for a run, or taking a weekend off can always be a good way to re-energize and come back to your business with a new outlook, new ideas and a new mindset.
I am a pen and paper type of person. I need to write down my to-dos, weekly and monthly goals!
