Hey Julz, we all have these ups and downs when we question whether it's all worth it. I would just advise you to think about what would happen if you were to quit - how would you feel in a year from now if you still hadn't reached your goals? Would you wish you had stuck at it?

Keep reaching out when you are struggling - there's always someone here to lend a listening ear or a helping hand. Be kind to yourself and get plenty of rest and fresh air and know that we're there for you :)
