How far along in the lessons are you, did you reach the part about activating the three basic plugins yet?
I'll re-ask the question also:
How can Julie best manage her website at this point?
Therese and Julie I don't quite understand the problem. If we are talking about the load time it did take longer than normal to load the first time. That could be a sight support issue. My advice not knowing exactly the problem would be to continue on in the training and see what happens.
