NOT TOO BAD THIS LOCKDOWN

Well who would have thought ? I mean for 1 that we would ever get put on lockdown, and two, five weeks later we would be saying it,s not that bad.

My 1 regret is that i wasn,t further on than i am with reference to my W/A business,before all this started, my own fault , i have had ample time,think it,s just my own personal appplication, I have periods where i feel like i hit the ground running and things then seem to come to a halt for 1 reason or another, and although i dont quit , i think on reflection that i spend a little too long in time out.. During this time out, i observe other people around me just getting on and progressing and i am at a standstill, and the reason i tell you this is because it;s ok , if that is how you deal with these challenges then that's ok, there is no right or wrong way to do this ,the main thing is to keep that hunger , keep that desire , remember your core reasons why you want to do this.

We are in such unprecedented times, this unique period will go down in history.

Let's just think about what i said there for a minute, these unorthadox times that we are currently living through day by day, will be taught in a classroom enviroment and be referred to as the 2020 lockdown or the great lockdown of 2020,or words to that effect, and people in the future will be discussing the impact that such a thing called covid 19 had on the world,

Hard to think about any good when human life is being taken on such a scale as they are reporting at present, but when this is all over and it's time to count the cost of this episode, there will be people / organisations that come out of this better than they were before a lockdown.

The implications of the worldwide lockdown i believe will be huge.

Peoples habits will change and certains practices that they have had to adapt, will probably turn out to be the norm in future , i.e.

ONLINE SHOPPING,being one of them, an industry that in my eyes was only growing before all this ,and now well,the sheer fact that everybody has had to spend more time at home,says to me there will be x amount of extra people surfing the web, add on the fact that most schools are currently closed , that tells me even more potential custom , do you get where i,m going with this?

Some people are unconciusly creating habits, which means for us potential custom. certain individuals / organisations will not want to go back to doing things how they did them before lockdown, and making purchases online is only going to grow because of this current situation.

WHAT TO DO NEXT.

I believe we are in a very fortunate position, whatever stage you are at in the W/A program.,you have an opportunity in front of you.

A position where we can learn a skill, and once we have mastered this, no one can take it away. A skill that we can adapt and develop not just to help us but to help others, to solve a certain problem , of which there are manyTry to make each day count. Try to do something positive each day towards reaching your goals, easier said than done i hear you say, and your damn right, but don,t let that be the reason you don,t carry on,

I say this not just to give you a nudge but to give myself a nudge too, a practice what you preach kinda post, A keep your eye on the prize post if you will..
I know that one day i will have equipped myself with enough armery and ammunition to come out off ' THE DARK ROOM ', which happens to be another inspirational article of mine.
