***MAY - You Be Mindful***

Welcome to a brand new month, a new day and month to be totally and utterly awsome!!
May all of your wishes, hopes and dreams come true and may you experience great success in your online and offline endeavours.
I have decided to use this wonderful month of May to practice more meditation, I wrote a post on my website recently on the benefits of meditating and how to begin.
The key thing to remember is this:-
"Meditating is very much a personal thing. There is no right or wrong way of doing it. So do not think you are “doing it wrong”, you are not doing it wrong, you are doing it your way. Be happy that you are doing it!"
If you spend a month training your mind you will step into a greater calm!
On that note of mindfulness and it's related feeling of gratitude, I got some rather lovely news today, my Facebook page that I set up in October 2019 to compliment my website and to share my message of hope, positiveness and tips on a healthy mind has reached just over 300 likes.
A big "shout out" and "thank you" to all and any of your kind folk who have followed my page.
Kindness is free and the recipient is always grateful.
While this figure is not huge, not thousands, not hundreds of thousands by any means, but significant to me and I am truly delighted, so Thank you!
