We all build a network of followers. WA is a community of people who want each other to succeed. And if you need help we're
there to help.
I have no idea how many followers I have. It is just a way of saying we care.
So, I have welcomed you to WA and I'm following you. And I hope you reach your goals.
To follow someone means, like you said, to follow your blogs and posts. That way they can comment or offer advice.
It is a good thing to be following other members. By expanding your network you are in effect building a support system. When we engage with others,everyone can learn. I'm not sure about managing the notifications but give it a little while and someone will help out with it.

Hi Judy, it's just a way of us acknowledging that you are in our community and that we wish to support you. It's up to you if you want to blog here or like or comment. So find a level that suits you.
I know that it can be overwhelming at first, I certainly was but relax, do the lessons, blog to the community when you feel you have something to say, and feel supported.
